As we continue to expand, we’re looking for a Junior Account Manager to help nurture and grow our client relationships.
Job Summary
As a Junior Account Manager, you’ll play a key role in supporting our Account Management and Sale teams. You’ll be the bridge between our clients and our technical teams, ensuring smooth communication, maintaining high client satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for growth.
Responsibilities:

Serve as a primary point of contact for a portfolio of existing clients.

Assist with onboarding new clients and coordinating service delivery with technical teams.

Monitor account health and proactively address client concerns or needs.

Schedule and participate in regular client check-ins and quarterly business reviews (QBRs).

Track service usage, support tickets, and other key client metrics.

Collaborate with senior Account Manager on upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

Assist in proposal development and contract renewals.

Maintain accurate client records in CRM and documentation tools.

Provide administrative and sales support to the Account Management team.
Preferred Qualifications:

1–2 years of experience in a customer-facing role (preferably in IT, SaaS, or MSP environments).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic understanding of IT services, including networks, cloud solutions, and support systems.

Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

Proficiency with productivity and CRM tools (e.g., Microsoft 365, HubSpot, ConnectWise, or similar).

Eagerness to learn and grow within the IT services industry.
